Personal & Rental History
- You must provide a valid photo ID (DL or State issued ID) & Social Security Card
- Written favorable renting references
- We require the last 3 years of rental history
- No previous evictions or judgments from a Landlord
Financial & Criminal
- There will be a $45 Application Fee for anyone 18 or over
- A Credit & Background Check will be required
- Proof of income (pay stubs or employer contact)
Pet Policy
- Pets will be approved on a case by case basis providing that the home is pet friendly
- There will be an additional pet deposit due upon approval
